Deca goes black

Deca goes black

I have often an active participation in the choices of my clients, the final decision is always theirs but usually we arrived at it together. I pay attention to their needs, I pick up as much information as possible, from what the furniture will contains to what type of furnishing there is in the room, the space available up to musical tastes, to be able to prepare a project that comes as close as possible to the idea they have in mind, and we begin to work on it together, modifying it until we get the final solution. I also try to give technical and aesthetic advice if requested.

This is a process that needs quite time but is also the most stimulating and interesting part of this job and often we create a good collaborative relationship together. In this case however, when Jeff contacted me, he already had a clear idea about how his furniture could be and i must admit that his idea was perfect since the beginning.

The entire furniture is made of birch plywood veneered in an anthracite black essence, each cube has a 3/4 front to be able to see the first vinyl’s cover and to open the drawer he wanted a beautiful cognac-color leather handle. To embellish everything, Jeff put a satin black glass on top.
